How to use this template

Rename columns only if needed
The default fields are designed to suit common low-voltage and security projects.
Complete during installation
Do not wait until the end of the job; fill it in as cables, devices and ports are confirmed.
Attach to handover
Keep the final version with the as-built drawing, photos and commissioning notes.

Practical notes
- Use the same naming convention on cable labels, diagrams and schedules.
- Leave blank rows for future expansion.
- Record the actual installed port, input or output, not just the design intent.
